Good companies offering a bad opportunity.
These opportunities are offered by legitimate companies and often established companies. However, the product/service on offer and the way the income opportunity is structured makes it very difficult for you to earn a reasonable amount of money in return for the time you would need to invest. With this category there are often a small amount of representatives making a significant income but this is unachievable for most new people getting involved in the business because of the way the income opportunity is structured.

Bad companies offering a bad opportunity.
